Stands
Thursday and Friday, the stand days offer you the opportunity to establish direct contact with visitors and ensure the visibility of your company. On our platform, you can specify the size of your stand (6 to 36m2), its type (equipped or personal) and the days you will participate in the event.
Equiped stands
Built by our team, made of white 2.5m x 0.98m composite panels and comprised of a table and two chairs for every 6m2, a waste bin and a sign inscribed with your company’s name.
Personal stand
A 6 to 362 free area which you can arrange at your convenience.
Companies’ cocktail
Company representatives of Forum EPFL’s 2024 edition are cordially invited to a Dinner-aperitif.
