Interview rooms
During stands days, interview rooms will be available to meet students selected from our CV library in a quiet environment.
Contact-luncheons
Contact-luncheons give you the opportunity to use your lunch break as a means to meet prospective students during stands days.
Conferences
Come and discover the companies present at the EPFL Forum through a presentation of their activities, working methods and recruitment values, among others. It’s also an opportunity to meet the speakers over a drink after the conference.
Workshops
To complete our offer, we give companies carte blanche to organise a half-day workshop to complement their presentation and/or stand. The form these workshops take depends on each company: from more in-depth presentations to group problem-solving, they are an excellent way for you to get noticed by recruiters and experience at first hand the way the company of your choice works.
Skills Week
You will have the opportunity to meet experts from leading Swiss universities and multinational companies. They will be on hand to proofread and correct your CVs and covering letters. To complement these official documents, career guidance advice, eloquence exercises and professional photography sessions will be organised. Finally, to prepare you as well as possible, you will also be able to take part in mock job interviews.
Mentoring
The EPFL Forum and EPFL Alumni are joining forces to offer a mentoring programme dedicated to students completing their Master’s or Doctorate degrees. This mentoring programme offers a unique opportunity for future graduates to benefit from the support of experienced EPFL Alumni and maximise their chances of success at the start of their career.
Opening Conference
The 2024 Opening Conference will take place on Monday, October 7 at the SwissTech Convention Center at 6pm.
The special guest will be unveiled very soon !
Speech contest
How eloquent can you be, alone on stage at the SwissTech Convention Center, with a personal speech? That’s the challenge that the Club de Débat Genevois and the EPFL Forum are issuing to EPFL students. On Tuesday evening, a speech competition will take place, with numerous prizes for the winning students. The competition is open to spectators and supervised by a distinguished jury.
