The Forum EPFL and EPFL Alumni are joining forces to propose a dedicated mentoring program to graduating Masters and PhD students registered to the Forum EPFL 2024. This program offers a unique opportunity to future graduates to benefit from the support of experienced EPFL alumni and maximize their chances of success when starting their career.
Kick-off event
In collaboration with EPFL Alumni, we are organizing the Mentoring Program Kick-Off on May 1st. This event will be divided into three parts: a 30min conference followed by a 1h targeted networking. Then the evening will end with 1 hour of free networking.
The event is only open to students participating in the EPFL Alumni Mentoring Program.
This program offers a unique opportunity to future graduates to benefit from the support of experienced EPFL alumni and maximize their chances of success when starting their career.
Mentors can help future Master graduates to:
- choose a career path (industries, business, functions) and/or a formation (PhD, MBA..);
- conduct job hunting (market overview, CV, application, interview…);
- develop network, first contacts;
- move abroad, found a start-up…
Depending on offer and demand, we may not be able to satisfy all participants. We will select mentees based first on the quality of the application and then on a first come first serve basis.
The program will start in May during the kick-off meeting and officially end in October just after the Forum EPFL. The identity of your assigned mentor will be disclosed at the kick-off meeting in April. If you cannot attend, you will be introduced by email. You can also be mentored remotely.
