Catering
We have selected for you a range of catering options to complement your week among us. Several cafeterias will be available for you to relax around beverages and delicacies.
Please note that you must book the number of meals you wish to take. Dependent on your stand’s size, one or several lunches are included in the daily rental fee. For more information, please look at the page 22 of our Salesbook 2024.
Buffet
A buffet of starters, hot meals and desserts will be offered at the Cloud or at the Garden during stands days. Places to eat at the buffet will be available, or you can take it away and eat at your stand.
Contact-luncheons
Contact-luncheons give you the opportunity to use your lunch break as a means to meet prospective students during stands days.
Contact lunches
During stands days, the Forum EPFL allows you to meet motivated students in a less formal environment than interviews.
To guarantee this meeting’s quality, a contact lunch puts two students in relation with one company representative. However, you can book an entire 6- to 9-place table for your company.
Furthermore, you will be able to select invited students based on their CV, available in our CV-library.
Companies’ cocktail
All company representatives attending the 2024 Forum EPFL are cordially invited to a dinner aperitif on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th October 2024 from 5.30pm.
